GELITA MEDICAL GmbH has historically provided a comprehensive range of absorbable hemostats made from gelatin and oxidized cellulose. Currently, the majority of these products have been discontinued, with only the oxidized cellulose-based products available during this transition period.

GELITA MEDICAL´s hemostats were available under the trademarks GELITA-SPON^®, GELITA TUFT-IT^®, GELITA^®-ENT and GELITA-CEL^®.

The product lines GELITA-SPON^®, GELITA TUFT-IT^® and GELITA^®-ENT have been discontinued.
